I’ve been practicing this non-invasive technique since 2021 and understand that even the word hypnosis can bring up hesitation or uncertainty. It’s completely normal to feel curious, cautious, or unsure at first. My role is to guide you at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and respectful of your autonomy.
