My Approach

I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can feel supported and truly listened to. My goal is to meet you where you are and give you tools you can carry into your daily life.

In our work together, I draw from a mix of approaches that help people untangle what feels heavy, shift old patterns, and learn new ways of relating to themselves and others. Sometimes that looks like exploring the roots of past experiences, connecting with different parts of you that want to feel seen and understood, and other times it’s about practicing skills to manage stress, emotions, or relationships in the present.

My style is warm, collaborative, and a little playful at times. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to slow down, reflect, and try out new ways of being. Sessions are designed to give you both insight and practical steps forward, so you leave not just with greater understanding but also with something useful you can lean on day to day.

I specialize in supporting:

  • Processing hardships from the past

  • Addiction recovery and sobriety

  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional instability

  • Attachment patterns, such as codependency or avoidance

  • Life transitions (e.g. relationship changes, career shifts, relocation, spirituality/life direction)

  • Cultivating a positive and healthy mindset

Rooted in Values

Mindfulness

Mindful presence is at the core of my practice. Learning how to soften into the present moment and feel at ease no matter the circumstances has become my driving force to create ways to teach others how to do the same.

Healing

I honor the courage it takes to face past wounds and old stories. My work is guided by the belief that transformation is always possible, especially through compassion, evidenced-based practices, and the willingness to be present with what arises.

Connection

Healing happens through connection, not isolation. As human beings, we are wired for belonging. Recovery is a return to health, strength, and wholeness, and at Rooted in Presence, this means supporting individuals, families, and communities in mending the disconnection that keeps us from fully experiencing ourselves and one another.
