Rooted in Expression is a FREE community class offered at the

San Marcos Public Library.

 

The class blends somatic awareness, parts-based self-exploration, and expressive arts, intuitive sound, movement, and art-making to help you access and express parts of yourself that words alone can't reach.

 

You'll practice body-based mindfulness tools like breath and tapping, and if you'd like to go deeper, you're invited to notice which part of you shows up that day and let it guide your creative process.

 

No creative arts experience is needed, all materials are provided, and this class is about connection and growth, not clinical treatment. Ages 18+.
